REINTRODUCING: 🌟 Shelley Sands, CSW 🌟

Shelley is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) with five years of experience as a Counselor at Cedar Ridge Child and Family Counseling. She is passionate about providing support to children, adolescents, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based interventions. Shelley’s therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. With a deep commitment to her clients' well-being, she works collaboratively to support their growth and healing.

Cedar Ridge Counseling is closed Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day.
