Say it. Outloud. Over and over and OVER. Look at yourself in the mirror if you're really feeling brave. Say it until you FEEL it. And do it EVERY DAY! I promise you'll see the change--in how you feel, how you think, and what others seee in you.

This was a few weeks ago, but my littlest and I snuck away for a quick trip to see my mom in Seattle. This is one of my favorite things I can do—afford to create memories with my kids. She got to do “pretties” with her nana (aka… makeup), shop in Claire’s (those press in nails… still a thing! Who knew?!), and of course got whatever she asked nana for. 🤣

I love traveling with my kids! It’s work, but the memories are worth it!
