To our Crossroads Orthodontics Patients and Families:

The health and safety of our patients, families, and staff are of utmost importance to us. Based on recommendations from state authorities, and to help prevent community spread of COVID-19, we have made the decision to close all of our offices. Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Gregston will still be available to help our patients who have orthodontic emergencies. They can be reached by calling our office number, 720-733-8388.

While this is a time of uncertainty for all of us, we remain optimistic about the future and we look forward to reopening as soon as possible. Please watch our website, crossroads-ortho.com, and follow us for the latest updates as to when we will reopen. We wish all of our Crossroads Orthodontics families health and safety in the coming weeks.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are implementing a new procedure beginning tomorrow, March 17, 2020. When you arrive at our office for your appointment, please text 303-596-9920 from your car to let us know you are here. In your text, please include the first and last name of the patient who is arriving. We ask that you wait in your car and we will text you when we are ready for you to come in. When you come in for your appointment, please limit those who enter the office to either just the patient or the patient and one parent. We will have a sanitized patient chair ready and waiting for you!

By implementing this procedure, we hope to eliminate people waiting in the waiting area. We will also be increasing space between patients and time between appointments as much as possible to reduce contact. We always disinfect and sanitize our instruments and patient chairs between every patient. We look forward to seeing you for your appointment!

As concern over the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) grows, here at Crossroads Orthodontics we want you to know we are monitoring the situation closely. Here are some guidelines to consider when you think about your upcoming orthodontist appointment:
IF YOU ARE WELL: Please come in for your appointment! We sterilize and disinfect our chairs and instruments in between each patient we see. The orthodontist’s office is a safe place to be!
IF YOU ARE SICK: Or, if you have been exposed to someone with known Coronavirus diagnosis, please call our office and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Get well soon and please come see us as soon as you are well!

UPDATE:
Due to the winter weather conditions, our office will be closed this afternoon and tomorrow morning. If you or your child are scheduled during either of these times, give our office a call at your earliest convenience so we can get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
