Wow, we made it to 500 likes! It's exciting to see this kind of enthusiasm for the Corriente as more than just a sport animal (which is a noble pursuit in and of itself.) While our small group didn't quite translate into enough memberships for a full-fledged organization, we still plan to keep the web site and the page going as long as possible. I threw a few Corriente ribeyes on the smoker last night to celebrate the last mild weather day before the polar vortex set in. They were very good!

Our Spring butchering has produced delicious tender lean beef. Thank you to our customers who raved about our beef and sent their friends and family to us.

We have butchered two steers this month. It was a very humane process. We will be scheduling sampling in the near future. No GMO's antiobiotics hormone free. Our beef is leaner than most commercial grass fed beef. Any one interested in future butchering and ordering feel free to contact me.
