Recreation is the tool & therapy is the purpose!

Here are a few interventions we incorporated into sessions this week! Each activity is intentionally adapted to meet each individuals abilities, interests, strengths, and treatment goals of every participant. While these interventions may look like a mindless fun activity, each one is intentionally designed to address specific therapeutic goals such as emotional regulation, social skills, communication, problem-solving, attention, and independence.
