We’ve been very busy on the farm the last few days. We bottled honey, made salves and teas and we have been making jams, jellies, pickles and relish for days. Thanks to Nicky we’ve almost got The Barn roof painted. 🐝🍯⚕️🍃🍵🫖💪

Jams and jellies added this week: elderflower vanilla, red jalapeño pepper, red hot cinnamon candy, grape, grape jalapeño, apple, apple vanilla, orange crush, dr. Pepper, root beer, Mountain Dew, strawberry, wild plum, half strawberry-half wild plum, cantaloupe, mango.🍓🍒🍇🍋🥒🫑🧅❤️

‼️Canning season is in full swing.‼️
I can’t begin to list all the types of jellies, jams, salsa, pickles and canned goods we make. Today we are making two of your favorites- Pineapple Cowboy Candy and Spicy Pickled Carrots! 🤠🍍🌶️ 🥕🌶️ This week we made lots of jelly already: wild black cherry, elderflower vanilla, and mulberry jellies, blueberry jam, red hot cinnamon candy jelly, piña colada jam, and jalapeño pepper jelly. 🍒🌼🫐❤️‍🔥🍍🥥🌶️ What’s your favorite jam or jelly or canned good????

We harvested elderflower today to make jelly, syrup and dry for teas. This is one of my favorite plants on the farm and one of the best medicines in nature. 🤍💜 The gardens are looking great and we have veggies on the vine! 🍅🥒🌶️🫑🍎 The farm stand will be open for the season Saturday, June 20! 👩🏻‍🌾❤️👩🏼‍🌾🤍
