One thing the past year has taught me as a salon owner is how much we don’t know until we’re forced to learn it the hard way.

After navigating a fire, rebuilding, insurance claims, business interruption, contractors, permits, accounting questions, and all the moving parts that come with owning a business… I’ve realized how valuable it would be for salon professionals to have conversations beyond products and techniques.
