Low back pain from RDLs/SDLs? Most of the time we blame pain on aging, (shout out to my 40+ crew!) … but what I see more and more is folks exercising in the wrong position (repeatedly) and THAT is what’s getting them in trouble! … *Plus* they’re not getting the the benefits of the exercise that they were after in the first place. #MorePainNoGain 👎 As always, hope my OCD cues help! 03/07/2023
