When weeding, I like to leave certain "weeds" in the ground with the vegetable plants. For example, in the onion patch, I left Illinois bundleflower which is a legume type and a "sensitive plant" that will fold its leaves when touched and purslane which is a powerhouse super food with the highest amount of omega 3 in the succulent like leaves.

Garlic on the left- harvested in the beginning of July. comfrey on the right - harvest in May/June for the skincare made here! Greenhouse in the back for starting seedlings to transplant

Spinach is coming up. Going to be trying to incorporate it into at least one dish a day as it's leafing out
