We are excited for Kelsie Kunkle in this role with Grow Cedar Valley. Her passion for people and community makes her a natural fit for this position.

Kelsie has served as our business developer in our Cedar Falls CAPS program, where she grew our community presence and connected our student-associates to real world projects and experiences with several partners throughout the Cedar Valley. She brough heart and hustle to everything she did in bringing our mission of Preparing All Students for Their Purpose to life.

The work of connecting education to industry, aligning K–12 with workforce needs, and creating real pathways for students is exactly the work we need to invest in. We are looking forward to Kelsie's leadership in this arena.
