The weather forecast looks great for tomorrow!! I’m looking forward to seeing you all at the Cedar Falls Farmers Market♪ I’ll be bringing some new items, as well as delicious fermented bento boxes and quiches that I’ve baked myself♪

Delicious and cute strawberry shortbread 🩷🍓
This time, I tried making them with sweet Iowa miso made from soybeans and pumpkin!
It takes a bit of effort, but the tartness of the strawberries, the rich flavor of the miso, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the rice flour made them absolutely delicious 😉

Farmers Market in Cedar Falls :
Black beans IOWAMISO and Black Sesame Rice krispies

This is my newest product to bring to the Cedar Falls Farmers Market. It is made with black sesame seed (good for your skin & hair) and black bean IOWA MISO. It turned out to be a very delicious snack that I personally like very much!
