Firefly Cottages Cedar Key

This is something pretty special. Our coffee friends at Sweetwater Organic Coffee Company (Tina, Mat, Vince, Larry, et. al.) wanted to help Darrin and me out after Hurricane Helene, and developed a roast specifically for Firefly Cottages Cedar Key: introducing Firefly Resurrection Roast, a full-city roast Laotian coffee from the Bolaven Plateau. This is the most exotic and subtle coffee we serve. The chocolate component of this bean—in the cup and the nose—is unmistakable. Our friends at Sweetwater are fresh roasting this coffee for you and shipping it to your door, and also donating a portion of the sales to Firefly. Each and every bag gets us that much closer to vertical.
