We got a call from Mr. Coley Cummings and wife in Marion worried about their deck being ready to fall off of the house the video in the comments will show you just how close that was to being the case!! Our team here at Preferred Home Repair was able to get in there remove as much weight off of the deck as we could before jacking the deck up removing the LVL beam installing a new beam with new 6x6 legs on the front and got the deck framing reattached to the house properly!! After that became the fun part putting back a deck that will last this family throughout a lifetime of entertainment purposes! We need to express our gratitude and thanks to TLC Property Services for reaching out to us to give them a hand in creating this deck/stairwell and platform with cedar/aluminum railings for this hot tub back yard extravaganza makeover!! This backyard transformation turned out absolutely amazing and we are thankful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of it! The amount of work that has been done on this house is not even explainable in a post! We are glad to finally be done for the time being with this house! We started with the interior a year and a half ago and have slowly worked our way through the interior to the exterior and are finally able to say everything is done this is no longer a dilapidated looking stucco house with new vinyl siding, all of the fascia and soffit have been replaced with new black metal as well as black gutters being installed and wrapping the windows has made this house pop like crazy!!
