✔️ AI outputs raster images (JPEGs/PNGs) that may look fine on your phone, but if you blow them up for a sign, t-shirt, or vehicle wrap, they become a blurry, pixelated mess.
✔️ Even if an AI tool claims to export an "SVG" or vector file, it just traces the raster image, creating thousands of messy, overlapping paths that make the file impossible to edit, color-separate, or use for embroidery, screen-printing and laser engraving.
✔️ AI typically generates images at 72 DPI (web quality). Printing requires 600 DPI.
