Depression has been hitting me really hard recently. I like pretending like I’m okay, but I know I’m not. A lot in my life has been changing and some of it is painful. While I grapple with my own mental health, I beg that you all check in on your friends. Even the happy ones. Remind them to stay, that their next chapter is just as important as everyone else’s.
