Some people come to us with baked out plans and drawings. Ali came with a feeling.

She wanted Fox Den to be a destination, a place where guests feel genuinely rooted and stylists feel at home building their own businesses under one roof. That chair rental model shaped everything. Every station, every sightline, every material had to support both the guest experience and the people doing the work.

A lot of what we do is draw the vision out... from your instincts, your values, the things you can't quite articulate yet... and translate it into space, material, and detail that feels unmistakably like you. The walnut sourced from Ali's family farm wasn't our idea. It was hers. We just knew how to put it in the design.

That's what Design For More looks like. Not just missional. Designed. Felt.

Seven years of Form Function Studio—and we’re just getting started. [Celebrated back in February!]

They say it takes a village....gosh, we are so appreciative of the craftswomen and men that have helped us achieve this addition to an amazing family in Springville, IA. To see the care and attention that started with the blank piece of paper, come to this.

It's just awesome. The craft we get to have on the project types we do is such a blessing.
