Time to double this dose and probably the vitamin D also as we are not getting as much sunshine these days. You also need vitamin K to help absorb it and the body to be able to use it. You can also do some blood testing to make sure your levels are adequate. Because most of us are low but since it’s a fat soluble vitamin (meaning it doesn’t excrete through your urine or sweat), it is possible to overdose. Love you all & have a beautiful day!!
