What is theCOLLECTIVE?

Carolyn Stangl and Kim Knoeppel, the principal partners of theCOLLECTIVE, started this team with one goal in mind - delivering a superior real estate experience. By having a team working for our clients, we know that every need will be met and we will make what is often the most stressful time in many people’s lives better. We chose theCOLLECTIVE as our team name because it stresses the group effort and collaboration it takes to complete a real estate transaction - we are a team and we view every participant in the transaction as a teammate focused on the same goal - clients, lenders, inspectors, appraisers and beyond!

Carolyn & Kim started together as partners back in 2011 (Carolyn started in real estate 2007) and moved to our current location at Realty Executives in Cedarburg (over the Starbucks) in late 2017. We have our own dedicated office space where our client care coordinator, Emily Neuser, makes the magic happen and we hold our office hours. (Next time you are at Starbucks, pop up and see us - there is good chance you will catch one of us.)

In summer of 2018 we had the pleasure of welcoming Nicole Johnson on to our team as a REALTOR and team lead. We are so excited! Nicole fits the mold of theCOLLECTIVE perfectly with her positive outlook, strong knowledge background and a passion for helping people.
