That’s why it works.

Scripture reminds us:
Let us run with endurance.

Endurance is consistency over time.

Most people quit
because the basics feel repetitive.

Workouts repeat.
Meals repeat.
Progress feels slow.

But repetition
is where change happens.

Don’t chase excitement.
Chase consistency.

One plan.
One schedule.
One set of standards.
