Imagine driving 50 minutes each way- every day. That’s a lot of time spent in the car – a little more than an hour and a half.

Yeah, that definitely impacts your Buyer pool in Denison. People will do it but if given the choice, they’ll find a house a little closer– like Sherman. OMG - Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is a fan favorite in our house. Located in Denison right off exit 72 on Highway 75. The staff is amazingly kind and their food rocks.

When my sister-in-law visits from Northern California, that’s the first place we go.

Their shrimp tacos are super yummy, but I have to admit the chips and queso are my favorite! Can’t recommend them enough.💃🏻🕺
