Geocal had a great time leading Oklahoma through a workshop on Mechanistic Empirical Pavement Design! It was a stacked 3 days of lectures, real world examples, and great discussions. It’s official, the $10.8-million US50 Fowler to Manzanola white-topping project is complete ahead of schedule and under budget!
