As we look back at our Convince the Skeptic session at Elevate with Senior Director, Sales, Sujay Darji, one of the biggest takeaways was the A.C.E. Method for navigating objections with confidence:

Watching this framework applied to common objections demonstrated that the most effective conversations don't rely on having the perfect response. They begin by understanding the other person's perspective, encouraging them to think differently and expanding the conversation toward new possibilities. 💡
