1.5 hours of your life two or maybe three times a week. Thats all you need to begin to make yourself and your family safer. We offer a total of 12 classes a month. These are scheduled specifically to be after rush hour so that you dont have to waste your time sitting in traffic behind people who can’t drive. The clashes are filled with the best people you will ever meet. No egos, just folks who want to train with like minded humans.
