Giving. Praying. Fasting.
These disciplines matter deeply β but so does the why behind them. Today, reflect on what Jesus says in Matthew 6 about the motives of our hearts.

Just as salt prevents decay and brings out sweetness, we're called to preserve what's good in our communities and leave others with a lasting taste of God's goodness. And like a city on a hill that cannot be hidden, we're meant to shine brightly, revealing both the sinfulness of humanity and the righteousness of Christ.
Are we living in a way that makes others thirst for the living water Jesus offers? Are we shining so brightly that others see our good works and give glory to our Father in heaven?
Let's be different. Let's step out of our comfort zones and boldly live as the salt and light Christ has called us to be. π§β¨

ποΈ Good Friday ποΈ
Today we pause. We remember. We are humbled.
Two thousand years ago, on a hill called Calvary, a man who had done no wrong stretched out His arms and gave everything β not because He had to, but because He wanted to. Because of you. Because of me.
The cross was not a tragedy. It was the greatest act of love the world has ever witnessed. Jesus looked at all of our mess, all of our failures, all of our broken pieces β and said, "You are worth it."
He didn't just say He loved us. He proved it.
On this Good Friday, may we never grow numb to what was done for us. May the weight of that sacrifice settle deep in our hearts, not as guilt, but as the most incredible, overwhelming, undeserved grace.
You are loved with a love that went all the way to death β and refused to stay there. π
"Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." β John 15:13
