BBQ COMPETITION RULES

1. All teams are to be checked in no later than 7am day of event.
2. All cooking is to be done on location
3. Anyone caught or suspected to be using foreign meat will be disqualified with no refund
4. You may use gas,charcoal, wood or electric grills and devices
5. Competitors area is to remain tidy and picked up at all times
6. Turn in times are set. You must turn in accordance to announced times
7. Each team will have a captain or person who accepts responsibility for entire team.
8. Garnishments are not required and all meat should be sauceless upon turn in.
9. NO marks other than that of judges are to be one boxes. Do not arrange meat in a way that it resembles a identifiable team
10. All coals and wood are to be extinguished and disposed of prior to exiting the cooking location
11. All judging is FINAL
12. Don’t try to sway judges in anyway.
13. No arguing, name calling or intimidation accepted
14. Have fun!! Enjoy the day and be friendly!!

This year we have something for everyone.
Carshow Signups begin @ 8am-12pm
Co****le tournament signups @ 10am. Play begins at 12pm. $20 per team
BBQ COMPETITION. Signups and Setup will begin FRIDAY EVENING at 4pm. Bring your own meat $100 per team of 4.
Live Music will begin around 1pm.
Lineup will consist of Project 573 Band,Grand Opening and many more.
This year we will have a KIDZ ZONE with games and prizes to win.
$10 entry for adults kids 12 and under FREE!!
