This quaint 2 bedroom cottage has it all! Views, style, and a sense of peace! It's a little house located on a river in WV, i mean look at that view!! My client wanted a shabby chic, cottage feel. It's still not 100% completed yet, but hopefully in the next few months! This home was completely gutted and reconfigured. Its right around 1000 sq ft, with this amount of space every inch is crucial for function and storage!

Kitchen is now fully functioning with a working layout and storage galore!

Bathroom has been reconfigured to maximize space and function...look at those details!!

Master Bedroom has a soft touch with wainscoting and a beautiful neutral grass cloth wallpaper.

Guest bedroom has wainscoting with a soft blue paint with texured wall.

The details in this home are magnificent, from the shower design with beads and pebble, to the blocks at the base of the doors, and the pebble tile design on the floors. Every surface was careful thought out and no wall was left untouched!

Wallpaper 😍... you either love it or hate it.

I personally try to convert people to LOVE IT and I've been successful quite I few times 💁🏻‍♀️

Im not talking about the floor to ceiling wallpaper with a border in every room from the 80s!
Im talking about a statement in a room or simply add that touch of texture to your space to make it extra cozy!
Whichever option, if done correctly, can both be fabulous!
