Every student deserves to start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. That’s why we’re excited to once again support the 6th Annual Perkins&Will Backpack Bash, helping provide backpacks and school supplies to students in our community. This annual program provides 100% of the school supplies needed for the entire school year for a high needs elementary school in Metro Atlanta.

We’re grateful to join so many incredible partners who are committed to making a difference for local families. Together, we can help students head back to school with confidence.

Shear Structural collaborated with on ASHRAE’s Net Zero Headquarters, designed with energy performance and environmental responsibility at its core. This renovation project is a great example of how integrated design and engineering can reduce impact while delivering strong, lasting structures. Projects like this reflect our commitment to building smarter, and for the next generation (and our planet).

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT: Strategic Rebrand 🚨

After a thorough financial review… we’ve identified an opportunity.

Effective immediately, we will be dropping the “AR” from our name.

Introducing: SHE Structural

Why the change?
• AR (Accounts Receivable) felt… aspirational
• “SHE” better reflects who we are—proudly one of Georgia’s only women-owned structural engineering firms

Turns out, removing “AR” improves both our branding and our balance sheet (theoretically?).

Same team. Same structures. Slightly stronger cash position.
