Meet Kevin, our most senior trainer here at Thrive Fitness, having started training with us in 2010! Kevin has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. With his knowledge of nutrition and expertise in biomechanics, he loves to help every one of his clients reach their optimal fitness goal!

Fun Facts about Kev:
•When it comes to his love for dogs, there’s NO depth to the amount of unconditional love he’s got for our four legged canine companions. His absolute favorite breed is the English Bull Terrier 😍🐶

•He also has a knack for being well coordinated with his fitness attire from day to day, with various color combinations depending on the season. However his favorite color to express is: Red🚩

•The most interesting Fun fact for Kevin, is that he was a contestant on a MTV show called ‘ MTV’s Next ‘ and was featured to dance with a renowned male review based in LA, called ‘The Hollywood Men’. Needless to say our lovable fitness pro “Won” the second date after his performance. 💪🏾😎💪🏾

Meet Gabe!
Gabe found his passion in training by first starting with his own fitness journey and transformation! He started with Thrive in 2019, and through his acquired knowledge and love for training he has become a top trainer and brings the heat 🔥 to every training session! Gabe loves a good book and to keep an active lifestyle. Thank you Gabe for your dedication and support to our clients and gym!
