April is a tough month to stay on track. Between spring break travels, shifting kids’ schedules, and those first few sunny weekends calling your name, it would have been easy to let the routine slide.
But our Consistent Club had other plans.
We are incredibly proud of everyone who navigated the April interruptions and still made it to the gym 12+ times. You proved that consistency isn’t about having a perfect schedule — it’s about making it happen regardless of what the calendar throws at you. 🏋️♂️💪
