Meet Mooney! 2 years old and 34 lbs of sweetness. Looks like a Rat Terrier crossed with Red Heeler, feels like a cashmere sweater crossed with a cloud. Adoptable from Fulton County Animal Services in ATL and currently curled up into a tiny, spotted croissant next to his foster mom!

Avenger might look like a patriotic super hero, but his secret identity is a fun-loving goofball who loves to chase balls, nibble on tiny stuffies and get all the belly rubs.

His foster says: "Avenger has a joyful nature that will make you smile. He loves to give affection and is always wagging his tail. He's about 55 pounds, at least half of which is his adorable head. He is house trained and dog friendly. He loves to play with our resident female dog and follows her lead well. He gets short puppy bursts of playfulness then quickly snoozes. He’s a low to medium energy dog.

"At almost a year old, he's a fast learner and is quickly learning his manners. He knows “sit” and “wait” and takes treats gently. He walks politely on a leash and tends to be a curious observer of the world around him. He is working on his crate training skills.
Avenger will make a wonderful cuddle buddy, walking partner and happy companion. He’s a lovable sweet boy with a big heart. We're waiting for a super hero to save him and give him the home he deserves."
