2nd Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Starting Pay:
$16.10/Hr - $18.30/Hr (based on shift and experience)

Here in our Champaign facility - being a Forklift Operator is core to our operations and crucial to enable our team to provide the customer with the levels of service, quality, and the value they have come know and trust. What You'll Be Doing as a Forklift Operator:
Operate an Electric Powered Stand-up Forklift in a safe, efficient manner to complete work orders quickly to meet performance goals
Use an onboard computer and scanner to receive and log work tasks accurately
Follow the set processes and procedures to meet performance expectations for time and accuracy
Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure proper material movement
Inspect each pallet and product to confirm the proper amount, items, brands, and lot codes
Keep a neat, orderly, and safe work area free of debris, spills, and hazards
Actively participate in all assigned training programs
Help with special projects and assignments as needed
What It Takes to Be Successful On Our Team:
Experienced - at least 6 months - in the operation of a stand-up forklift in a high-volume warehouse/distribution center
Able to read and follow work assignments provided via the onboard computer
Commitment to teamwork and able to work with a diverse group without conflict with limited direct supervision
Able to successfully complete pre-employment forklift skills assessment
Capable of meeting the physical requirements for the role: standing for the entire shift, walking long distances, and lifting up to 50 lbs with regularity

Here are the schedules and shift differentials you can earn on each shift:
1. 2nd Shift | Mon - Fri, 2:30p - 10:30p | $0.50/Hr. Shift Differential
2. 3rd Shift | Mon - Fri, 10:30p - 6:30a | $0.75/Hr. Shift Differential
3. Weekend (4 Day) | Sat & Sun, 6:30a - 6:30p, Mon & Tue, 8:30a - 4:30p | $1.50/Hr. Shift Differential
4. Weekend (5 Day) | Wed - Sun, 6:30a - 2:30p | $1.50/Hr Shift Differential

We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS to join our team on a part-time basis on Saturday & Sunday!

Scheduling Options:
8-Hour Days: 10:30a - 6:30p (Sat & Sun)
10-Hour Days: 8:30a - 6:30p (Sat & Sun)
12-Hour Days: 6:30a - 6:30p (Sat & Sun)

Starting Pay:
$15 - $18.30/Hr; which means if you work the full schedule with no missed time, you will earn over $800 every two weeks!
