✅ Full-Time Experienced Maintenance Personnel – Champaign & surrounding areas
✅ Part-Time Maintenance Labor Personnel – Rantoul, Champaign, & Decatur (some experience a plus)

🛠 Responsibilities (Full-Time):

General maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

Respond to service requests, emergency calls, & property inspections

Support property upgrades & renovations

📋 Requirements (Full-Time):

3+ years experience in HVAC, plumbing, & electrical

EPA 608 Certification

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check
