Are you an undergraduate student, recent graduate, or incoming graduate student looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit strategy, fundraising, and leadership?

LeaderShape is seeking a Strategy & Fundraising Fellow to work alongside our Executive Director and Board of Trustees on a special project supporting our upcoming 40th Anniversary.

As our Fellow, you'll help:
• Strengthen our fundraising story
• Develop donor messaging
• Explore nonprofit positioning and strategy
• Contribute to the future of a national leadership organization

🗓 July 20–August 20, 2026
⏱ Approximately 15–20 hours total
💼 Stipend provided
