Tonight's Tuesday@7 is Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda: Cultivating Positive Self-Talk where participants will learn what positive self-talk is, its importance, and how self-care plays a role. Participants will also discuss how to reframe negative thoughts. The workshop will take place starting @ 7 at the Women's Resource Center, located at 616 E. Green St.
