Thursdays at 6pm CT, I’ll be doing virtual cooking classes throughout the rest of 2021, in partnership with Nicole K Lee of www.LEARNLEE.com Online Tutors. We’re offering pairs of classes for the introductory price of $50 (total). And we’re going to jump right in with "Breakfast for Dinner" this month:
* April 15th (Fresh Tortillas/Breakfast Tacos)
* April 22nd (Crepes)

The full schedule will be up shortly, taking us through seasons and holidays, cuisines and techniques. The hour long classes are kid-friendly and will usually produce dinner or sides for you that evening (or desserts during the holiday seasons...)
