WE ARE HIRING ! LOOKING FOR 2-3 MORE CLEANERS!!

We are a vacation rental cleaning company that service over 100 homes in the valley. We are currently looking for a cleaner who can work in the East Valley and sometimes Scottsdale area. Must have vacation rental cleaning experience. Eye to detail a must. Typical hours are 10 am to 3pm depending on how many turns there are that day. Biggest needs right now are Friday Saturday, Sunday & Monday

We do most linen off site, which would be picked up and dropped off at our office in Chandler.

All jobs pay FLAT RATE! The hourly listed is a guestimate on hours it should take to complete the job based on the pay for that job. Efficiency and time management is key!

Requirements:

You must have Own Transportation

You must have your Own Supplies

This is a 1099 position

Must be presentable, you might interact with a guest or a host

Flexible and go with the flow being a vacation rental cleaner sometimes is hectic!

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, stripping beds, making beds look inviting
Manage laundry duties (once in a while you will need to wash some items on site, usually towels)
Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Ensure all guest supplies are stocked and organized
Must have a phone for mapping to units and taking photos
