At The Old Homeplace RV Village our monthly guests pay just $12.90 per day for their rv spots! Yes, you read it right! $12.90 per day for 31 days is $399.90. So, $400 per month! This past month our electric on all our sites averaged $65. That's $2.10 PER DAY! So, for $15.00 per day you get a gated community, great wifi, free water and trash pick up, great neighbors, on-site management, laundry for $1.00 for wash and $1.00 for dry. This is for our long term guests. Daily and weekly stays are a little more. Call 903-590-6990 to check on your spot! 35x65 sites with gravel roads and pads. We are filling up fast! 15 miles to Tyler. 5 miles to Chandler! Best long term park in the Tyler area! Blessings!

We have a beautiful dog park with a covered area for the owners to get out of the sun. And we have about a dozen "fur" babies that love to get in the park and get off the leash. They run and wrestle and have a good time. So...we decided to give our little furry guests a gift each for Christmas! Turns out they all love these little squeak toys so they all got one for Christmas! Now they really get the noise going!!! I'm sure the owners love us for the gifts!!!

The Old Homeplace RV Village has been preparing for Christmas! New decorations on our fence, gate, and laundry. Some of our guests have decorated their homes. And we just enjoyed a great night of fellowship and games. We plan to have a special night each month in 2024 where we play games, have fellowship, finger foods( and maybe gumbo!), and one camper will have their name drawn for a $50 gift certificate to Wade's Place in Chandler! Debbie Keyes was our lucky winner this month! We enjoy getting together!
We have some openings for long term guests and if you like a home place that is clean, fun, and safe, then come on over!
