Without artists willing to push boundaries, we’d never have masked slashers, haunted houses, practical effects, midnight movies, creepy comics, indie horror, or the monsters that have kept us up at night for generations.

Horror has always been about saying the things nobody else will, facing our fears head-on, and creating worlds that challenge, shock, and inspire us.

So today we’re celebrating the freedom to dream up monsters, tell terrifying stories, and build the weird, spooky community we all call home.

Join us for the Little Ghouls Cosplay Showcase on Saturday, August 22 at 3 PM during Gathering of the Ghouls! From tiny vampires and pint-sized werewolves to witches, ghosts, zombies, and classic movie monsters, we want to see Arizona’s next generation of horror fans take the stage!
