We’ll be taking on “Murph” together in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service to our country.

And just a reminder: there’s no one “right” way to do Murph. We’ll have scaling options available for every level, and your coaches will help you find the version that’s right for you.

At the end of the day, it’s not about the leaderboard or finishing time. It’s about showing up together to honor and remember.
