My kids will tell you that my parenting advice is, "You have to love your kids enough to let them suffer." It's not easy, but better to learn at home that things don't always go right than to let them find that out in the real world. Love is the most complicated emotion we possess. Use it wisely.

Dreams are wonderful. We all have them. But make no mistake, just having a dream is not enough. You must have a reasonable action plan, even if it doesn't seem possible.

We all have challenges and failures. In fact, our failures are the way we learn! Failure is nothing more than an opportunity to succeed at a high level based on what was learned.
