March marks the start of spring and a season full of fresh starts and new growth. That’s why, this month, we’re celebrating fresh starts for shelter cats thanks to a record-breaking act of kindness from the readers of “Woman’s Weekly” magazine.

In the magazine’s biggest community project yet, thousands came together to knit and crochet handmade woolen mice for shelter cats across the U.K. They created over 46,000 toys and broke a Guinness World Record in the process!
