Silverback Members:
Due to the prolonged heatwave we are experiencing, tomorrows weather showing consistent black flag conditions starting in the morning and continuing to worsen through the afternoon we have made the decision to close the gym Saturday July 23rd. The temperature will be in the mid 90s with the humidity we will be experiencing conditions in the low to mid 100’s and to ensure the health and safety of all our members we believe training in these conditions is not prudent.
We plan to reopen for regular classes on Monday the 25th for our normal schedule. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to getting back to full training next week. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

The noon class working on understanding the three primary straight Ashi positions and how we need to defensively move when we have an opponent who understands how to adaptive transition all three as we defend. -
