With Utsav, Pragathi USA honors all DMV Artists, and Guru’s for their outstanding contribution and dedication provided to community service and Indian Culture. Also would like to create a platform which bring all Indian to showcase and enjoy all Indian Traditional,Semi Classical and Folk arts.
Utsav brings the culture of India to the Washington DC metro with dazzling and enchanted variety of rich Indian Traditional and Folk Music and Dance performances.
