We are at Brambleton West Park and Bolen Park all day today as spins the tunes at Brambleton and keeps you energized at Bolen Park for the all-star games. Amazing players from all over the east coast are here playing a fun day of softball filled with music, interactives and contests.

We had an amazing time last night at .arena and the Return to the Rink Celebration. The Loudoun Knights Hockey Club () along with and WISA were out in full force to celebrate their return to the rink!

We even ran into long-time friends of ours all through the night including one of our happy couples! If you're looking for a great rink to support in Leesburg, Va., Ion is it. They're under NEW MANAGEMENT!

A fun morning with and the . The second time they've held this event and what looked like another rainy day turned extremely beautiful. Congratulations to all who achieved PRs!!! We are proud of you. Thank you to those who donated stuff animals for , you helped us gather nearly 5,000 total last year and this is a great start to this year!

Also got to see the mascot who apparently is now named CARDI-G. I really hope we weren't being pranked...lol.
