QP Manufacturing is seeking CNC Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift for its Chardon, Ohio facility. QP is growing and you should be here with us. Critical Competencies:

These are the behaviors expected of CNC Machine Operator
• Must be able to perform minor tool offsets.
• Must be able to load material.
• Must be able to perform inspections.
• Must be able to maintain machine.
• Capable of process troubleshooting is a plus.
• Must be quality oriented.
Basic Qualifications- CNC Machine Operator:
• 2 years as a CNC Machine Operator and/or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift without extra breaks.
• Must be able to lift max of 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout day on a daily basis
Other:
• 1st shift hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. 2nd Shift hours are 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Overtime available as schedule demands
• Must be able to commute to this job's location in Chardon, Ohio

QP Manufacturing & CLE Golf Properties are seeking a Bookkeeper for their locations in Northeast Ohio. The Bookkeeper position will work for QP Manufacturing, CLE Golf Properties and other entities with similar ownership.

Responsibilities include:
Audit and process ap/ar for manufacturing and retail companies using various systems
Assist in daily invoicing
Audit and process payrolls for the same companies
Prepare daily management reports
Assist in payroll tax reporting and related benefit compliance
Prepare sales tax returns
Monthly reconciliations
Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
Assist in special projects as necessary

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting
2+ years of recent experience in a role with similar responsibilities listed above
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge or experience with Quickbooks and ability to learn other accounting software

Other:
This is a 1st shift position. Preferable hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. We can be somewhat flexible if needed.
