🌟Board Member Spotlight: Katie Kafarakis 🌟

Please join us in welcoming Katie Kafarakis to the Leadership Geauga Board of Directors!

Katie is the President/Owner of Millstone Management Group and a proud graduate of Leadership Geauga's Signature Adult Program, Class of 2026. One of her favorite memories from the program was the overnight retreat, where she formed meaningful connections with her classmates that have grown into lifelong friendships.

Leadership Geauga had a lasting impact on Katie, both personally and professionally, and inspired her to give back by serving on the Board of Directors. She is excited to support the organization's continued growth, strengthen its impact throughout Geauga County, and become involved in a new way.

Katie's favorite leadership quote comes from Carol Dweck: "No matter what your current ability is, effort is what ignites that ability and turns it into accomplishment."

When she's not working, Katie enjoys traveling, cooking, and hosting special gatherings for friends, family, and colleagues. She especially loves Geauga County in the summertime, spending time hiking local parks, exploring nature, and taking part in community events throughout the county.

We're grateful to have Katie's passion, leadership, and enthusiasm on our Board, and we look forward to the impact she'll make in the years ahead!
