Today was a great day with a fellow farm-her attending a Women in Agriculture Conference.

Courtney and her husband own Spencer’s Farm in Conneaut selling freezer meats at their home farm store. If that's in your neck of the woods, go check 'em out.

Courtney's husband saved me one day hauling corn and then Ohio Farm Bureau brought us all together!

Here at G.A.R. we are one couple feeding animals and tending to the daily operations.

With all the insecurities in the world, it is important to know where your food comes from. Find yourself a local farm in this minor percentage, selling direct to consumers.

Stock your freezers, buy in bulk. This is going to be the new normal, prices will not be going down. This is not something the farmer has been able to adjust easily with either. We want food to be affordable. Will it ever stop?

We remember the reason we wake up everyday -- to feed our local community.

Throughout the County you have maybe have seen different window displays or yard displays promoting our counties 4-H groups.

We are proud alumni and supporters of our local 4-h groups 🍀

You can support 4H by purchasing candy bars, coming soon! And don't forget, your local County Fair where these kids show off their projects. This is not just livestock related. "Other project topics include clothing, cooking, gardening, natural resources, leadership, healthy living, and much more. "
