The boil is on. Over 2400 gallons. Guess the trees aren't done, so neither are we!!
Season total - 582 gallons. Record season was 625 gallons. Got a good shot of hitting a record year. Hoping weather settles down and another boil next week Sunday!!
Crazy Ohio weather. This is the earliest we've every tapped our trees. Boil this weekend to work out the kinks of the season. Let's see what Mother Nature brings us...
