Areas of Special Interest
I am passionate about helping:

• Women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery
• Active women experiencing stress urinary incontinence, urgency, or pelvic organ prolapse
• Athletes looking to return to sport stronger and more confident
• Individuals dealing with TMJ/TMD dysfunction
• Patients with balance, dizziness, and vestibular disorders

What I’m Most Excited About
One of the most rewarding aspects of my practice is helping women stay active throughout pregnancy and safely return to the activities they love after childbirth. My goal is to help moms feel strong, confident, and capable again while supporting their recovery every step of the way.

I recently completed advanced training in pelvic health dry needling, including specialized coursework focused on pregnancy and postpartum care. This approach can be combined with electrical stimulation to help activate muscles affected by pregnancy and childbirth, improve circulation, reduce pain, and support recovery. It can also be beneficial for improving abdominal and C-section scar mobility.

In addition to one-on-one treatment, we offer women’s lifting classes designed to build strength in a supportive environment. Our current Ladies Lifting program is an 8-week course, and we welcome children to attend with their moms when needed, making it easier for busy mothers to prioritize their health and fitness.

🩵🩵 A great resource! 🩵🩵

We are super happy to announce that today marks the launch of the West Virginia WIC Breastfeeding Support Hotline, operated by Appalachian Breastfeeding Network! This hotline is available 24/7 for West Virginians -- focusing on WIC participants, but available to all West Virginians! This hotline also has an in-house referral team built in - IBCLCs, RDs, and Mental Health Specialists (PMH-Cs) are available to speak with callers as needed. If you know of anyone in WV that could benefit from this hotline, please pass it along!
