Yes, some of our apple fritters have actually made it to a second day… and when they do, something deliciously unexpected happens.

We were going through some pictures and remembered the time we turned day-old fritters into warm apple fritter bread pudding — topped with a rich, homemade bourbon sauce made from 's finest. Local bourbon + local donuts = local legend.

Here’s to sweet experiments, small-batch brilliance, and never wasting a good fritter. 😉
